Cross Training Basics (ages 8-12) - An intense (but fun) 60 minute session (max of 12 players per session), where players are paced through a variety of speed, resistance and jumping exercises, combined with mini-games. At least one team coach or parent is required to assist with the exercises. Cost is $ 125 per team session (includes the instructor).
Semi - Private Training Sessions (all ages) - Players are scheduled in groups of 6 (similar ages) to maximize the training benefits in this 60 minute session. More emphasis is placed on dynamic exercises, to assist players in developing speed and jumping ability. Cost is $ 20 per player per session (includes one instructor).
